Grayed Out

Shrouded by clouds and mist

Memories rise unbidden

Spaces are too large

Life flies but days crawl

Paths twist and turn and trip

Hills rise up into mountains

Salty rain spatters

Will the path smooth and straighten?

Or should the journey itself be enough?

What a wonderful photo essay, Cathy. Thank you. I'm taken by the wonderful series of photos and your short pithy comments and questions. It's almost like a poem that's illustrated with beautiful photos.

Again, thank you.

This is spectacular. The photos and words blend so perfectly to tell a journey in time.
